At Red Carpet Event, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We offer a fair and straightforward Refund and Returns Policy to ensure your peace of mind when buying our products. Please read through our policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds are processed.


1. Returns Eligibility

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your red carpet arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. We will arrange a return and provide a replacement or a full refund, as appropriate.
  • Incorrect Orders: In the event you receive an incorrect size or product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will rectify the order by arranging a return and providing the correct item as soon as possible.
  • Change of Mind: We currently do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind. Please ensure you select the correct size and specifications before placing your order.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@redcarpetevent.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.
  3. Shipping: For approved returns due to product defects or errors, Red Carpet Event will cover the return shipping costs. Please securely package the carpet to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will proceed with a replacement or issue a refund within 10 business days.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for products with minor defects that you agree to keep.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Products that are returned with obvious signs of misuse or damage beyond the reported issue may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Products that have been used heavily or altered after delivery are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Custom Orders: Special orders, such as customised or branded carpets, are not returnable unless defective or incorrect.
  • Time Frame Exceeded: Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us within the eligible return window. We can arrange an exchange if the product is unused and in its original condition. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges requested for non-defective items.
